Can you bleach blonde hair extensions blonder?

i bought hair extensions the utha day and they arent as blonde as my hair my hair is whiteish, so can you bleach hair extensions? im only talkin a couple shades lighter. how bad will it dry them out ect?Can you bleach blonde hair extensions blonder?
If they are synthetic hair, it will melt the ';hair.'; If they are human hair, you really shouldn't try. The hair goes through such an extensive cleansing and sanitation process that if you try to lighten them, you risk serious damage to the hair.. And extensions are not exactly cheap. Yeah, you can. It actually doesn't make them too dry (i've done it before)
